  • System continuity well shown here. Trump not so idiosyncratic or different from swamp: cohorts, including Pruitt, DeVos, and Sessions, and hundreds of staffers, — all recommended by the Heritage Foundation. Not so different from the US in 1953-54: regime change in Iran, Guatamala, Cuba, Chile, etc. New system is essential: necessary and feasible.

    • Excellent article and very actual. Very well exposes, unmasks the liberal concept of freedom and its political implications, showing that it is actually “empty concept of freedom” emptied of any meaning very easily misused in practice for the purposes of the worst enslavement and increase in the repression in the name of abstract freedom. These interpreters have no qualms about calling the classical thinkers and authorities such as Mill, actually showing a distorted interpretation and revisionism of classical philosophical and political thinkers. One of the practical application of critical theory and philosophy, it would be, despite the fact that these thoughts and thinkers still current, and fight against this malicious interpretations of the right propaganda (which does not meet the minimum requirements to be called science, because it uses prejudices and argument ad hominem, whose purely ideological nature and motivation the harshest violates principles of human society and under the guise of fighting discrimination reactionary opens the door rendered senseless the concept itself of diversity, the right to speak, and so on.)
I found interesting your quoting of Mill here, especially the following quote: “For the interest, therefore, of truth and justice it is far more important to restrain this employment of vituperative language than the other; and, for example if it were necessary to choose, there would be much more need to discourage offensive attacks on infidelity than on religion”. Also it’s cynic how this “fighters for democracy” “advocates for free speech” and “anti-totalitarianism” ends up in censuring and naming the left thinkers, which is the mainstream of dominant ideology and propaganda. Recently, there is ongoing attack, actually on the other side, on the left, for “inappropriate language”, or “leftist propaganda in the classroom” and “discriminating against conservative students” (see, Professor Watchlist Is Seen as Threat to Academic Freedom, By Christpher Melenov. 28, 2016, New York Times)
